ISO 19011 provides guidelines for auditing management systems, including the principles of auditing, managing an audit program, and conducting management system audits. Delegates sit a combined exam, consisting of in-course quizzes and exercises, as well as a final 10 question, essay type exam on Day 4 of the course. The overall passing score is 70%, to be achieved within the 150 minute time allowance.
