Lean Six Sigma provides organisations with a systematic approach to enhance profitability and overall business performance, as well as improving their productivity and customer satisfaction. Any business process can benefit from Lean Six Sigma methodology, when properly applied and sustained. This is relevant to multiple areas of business, including operations, services, manufacturing, design, purchasing and human resources, for example.

About This Course

 

Lean Six Sigma Green Belts are specialists in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects. With the right combination of expertise, statistical analysis and structured Lean Six Sigma methodology, the Green Belts are able to achieve significant improvements in performance and quality. A Green Belt can work alone or as a junior project manager in a team or as a team member in a larger Black Belt project.
