• Identify the main changes, clause by clause, and which ones need new actions in their own QMS
• Describe what quality culture and ethical behaviour look like in practice, and how leaders can evidence this
• Apply the strengthened change planning requirements in clause 6.3 to a real change
• Carry out a Gap Analysis of their won QMS against the 2026 version
• Build a realistic transition plan that fits their certification lifecycle
